About Us ▼
The Garfield Community Association Inc is a small but dynamic community committee that acts as a conduit between our local government and beyond.

Some of our ongoing commitments and responsibilities are organising the annual community festival’s such as the Christmas Festival and the Food & Wine Festival (in recess at present)

Other features of what we do: The Association auspice's some of Garfield's community groups such as the Community garden, the Youth group & the Blue tree, Mental health programs and the Rail town Garden maintenance.

This allows these volunteer groups to do what they do best which is to provide programs and assistance for our local residents. Garfield Community Association being an incorporated body covers their public liability insurance; we assist in the grant process by being their financial banker and assist in paying their accounts.
